How to get the perfect release
1 Preheat on medium, 2–3 min. A drop of water should bead and glide across the surface.
2 Add a thin layer of oil. It shimmers when the pan is ready for food.
3 Let it sear, then move it. Food releases on its own once a crust forms — don't rush it.
Inside every pan
A fully-clad 3-layer build — no "titanium core", a titanium cooking surface.
Cooking surface · 0.5 mm pure titanium
Hand-hammered microtexture — naturally low-stick, toxin-free, ultra durable.
Core · 1 mm aluminum
Fast, even heat distribution across the whole base.
Base · 0.6 mm stainless steel (430)
Induction compatible, and works on gas, electric and ceramic too.
PREMIUM RIVETS
Triple-riveted handles anchor solidly to the body and stay tight through years of oven and stovetop use.
STAY COOL HANDLE
Ergonomic handles are shaped to stay cool on the stovetop, so you can move from sear to plate without reaching for a towel.
ROLLED RIMS
Precision rolled rims give every pan and pot a clean, drip-free pour straight into the plate or bowl.
Why traditional pans are the past
PFAS / TEFLON
Non-stick coatings wear, scratch and flake into your food — and release fumes when overheated.
STAINLESS STEEL
Safe, but everything sticks without technique and constant babysitting of the heat.
PURE TITANIUM
A coating-free surface that sears clean and releases naturally — for a lifetime, not a season.

FAQS
Which size should I get?
Mini (8") for eggs, sauces and sides; Small (10") for everyday meals for two; Standard (11") is our best-seller and fits most meals plus a solo batch cook; Large (12") for family meals, searing multiple steaks and batch cooking. Most people start with Standard.
Does it come with a lid?
The pan is sold on its own. A matching stainless steel lid is available separately if you’d like one — add it from the lid product page.
Is it free from PFAS, PTFE, and other chemicals?
Yes. The pan is made without PFAS, PTFE (Teflon), PFOA, lead, cadmium, nanoparticles and heavy metals, and is independently third-party tested by Light Labs.
Does it work on induction?
Yes. A 0.6 mm stainless steel (430) base makes it fully induction compatible, and it works on gas, electric and ceramic cooktops too.
What do the 100-day trial and warranty cover?
Cook on it for 100 days; if it isn’t the best pan you’ve owned, return it for a full refund. After that, your lifetime warranty covers it against manufacturing defects.
